This track was originally Jason Butcher's poetry and soundscape creation... an awesome track to begin with. He kindly let me re-use parts of it and create an entirely new structure by using samples and adding a vocal melody and lyrics...

After I'd put together the samples and recorded my vocals, Paul Dormer did an excellent job at re-constructing the whole thing... he stripped it right back and it sounded great! It's essentially his mix, with the addition of live drums by Alex Matthews (recorded at Mwnci studios, Carmarthenshire), and bass by my son Loz.

The lyrics are about social media - about feeling misunderstood and isolated from one's peers as a consequence of expressing one's opinion online... hence the line: "I don't know what's on your mind". And it's also about that rare someone who actually "gets you"...
